1. Understanding Norditropin® FlexPro®:

   • Norditropin® FlexPro® is a convenient pre-filled injection pen containing somatropin, a recombinant human growth hormone.
   • It is prescribed to address growth-related issues in both children and adults.
   • Available dosages include 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, and 30 mg.

2. Indications for Norditropin® FlexPro®:

   • Pediatric Use:
     • Treating children with growth failure due to conditions such as growth hormone deficiency (GHD), idiopathic short stature (ISS), Turner syndrome (TS), or chronic kidney disease (CKD) until renal transplantation.
     • Children born small (small for gestational age-SGA) who have not achieved expected growth by age 2 to 4 years.
   • Adult Use:
     • Replacing deficient growth hormone levels in adults with growth hormone deficiency.

3. How to Administer Norditropin® FlexPro®:

   • Adhere closely to instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
   • Norditropin® FlexPro® pens are pre-filled and preloaded for user convenience.
   • Affix a new needle to the pen (needles may require a prescription in some states).
   • Administer subcutaneously (under the skin) using the pen.
   • Rotate injection sites to prevent repetitive use of the same area.
   • Prior to first use, refrigerate unused pens (between 36°F to 46°F). After initial injection, they can be stored at room temperature (up to 77°F) for up to 3 weeks, or in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.

4. PenMate® Cover:

   • PenMate® is a reusable cover designed for FlexPro® 5 mg, 10 mg, and 15 mg pens.
   • It fully conceals the needle during injection, ensuring discreet use.
