Composition:

MasterTREX150 is indicated for use in females for palliative treatment of androgen-responsive recurrent mammary cancer in women who are more than one year but less than five years postmenopausal. Contraindications:

Mechanism of Action:

Drostanolone, a synthetic androgenic anabolic steroid, is approximately five times as potent as natural methyltestosterone. It binds to the androgen receptor, leading to genetic transcriptional changes, nitrogen retention, protein anabolism, and decreased amino acid catabolism. Its antitumor activity may be attributed to the reduction or competitive inhibition of prolactin or estrogen receptors.
